With this Turbo Boost Event there are new ways to upgrade your gear. But there are no new upgrades to the Cyrce’s Circlet from Siren Ilse. Why not? I would have been really easy to add 2-4 Raw Singing Citrine’s and get it up to 665-671.
Because it’s from last season. We’re getting a similar thing as a belt later.
A lot of us are glad to see the back of it finally. I guess others liked using it.

Because soon in the future you will get a belt that you can upgrade up to ilvl 700 with similar effects.
So you will get an upgrade. Just not this patch (for some unknown reason).
You just saved me from crafting a belt piece!
