Why no windowed fullscreen mode?

There used to be a Windowed Fullscreen mode in Classic but in TBC Classic client it’s gone. Any hope to get it back?

The TBC Fullscreen just behaves like the old Windowed Fullscreen for me, even on a multi monitor setup. Do you see any other issues?

Upper one was in Classic that filled my entire screen in windowed mode. Lower one is in TBC client that doesn’t fit the entire screen in Windowed mode.

“Fullscreen” in TBC is Fullscreen Windowed, it’s just named differently.
