i don’t know if you think the same, but why only 4 pg to be included in to the brigate? is there any plan if you know to enlarge that numbers? i mean i have 4 pg ,and i’m going to level other 1 or 2 player and i want to include all of them on my staff. The issue is that only 4 will leave the otehr behind, as the Brigade was an extremely great idea!

If you have the max char amount of 60, all of them will be in your warband but only four will be on the char selection page around the camp fire, those are technically your “favourites” but your warband as a whole isn’t limited to just four characters.
I guess this is what you are asking about btw.

Probably pure space constraints?
Gonna look hella crowded with larger characters like Tauran, Orc, Pandaren or Drakthyr once you go above four. Especially when adding in pets, totems or demons.
Sadly it’s a balancing act because if you only have four Gnome or Vulpera characters it looks very barren.
As others have mentioned, the “Warband” on your character select is just a visual representation of your four favorate characters, all characters on your account are part of the Warband as far as mechanics and gameplay are concerned.
Warband is account wide, it’s just four favourites round the fire which is purely cosmetic.
