I could list countless of posts on several websites, this one included, where people say “make covenants cosmetic only” or “people will be forced into whatever covenant is BiS for their class, rather than what they want to play”. Then there’s the recent issue with the covenant legendary again making it so people have very little choice about what covenant they have, because some are much stronger than others, which people are complaining about.
There’s even a somewhat recent thread talking about
but all those people are clearly just a vocal minority, right?
