For me I did not like the insanity/sanity mechanic when its zero bam its over try again tomorrow or next week…
Corruption mechanic also annoying if you were above certain corruption you had more stuff to deal with and some of those bonuses where not even that great so i mostly cleansed them.
Lore wise I think bfa did well enough expect nzoth ending looked to much like the ending from starcraft 2 + i would have liked to see more of the naga then just 1 patch.
no one in their right mind enjoys 40% of their dps coming from passive procs and corruptions, i think that was the crux of BFA, we weren’t playing our characters as much as we were just stacking passive powers
Tol Dagor… The dungeon I refused to do. Ever. Consistently something aggroed through a wall, the ceiling, the floors. Or you straight up stunned a mob in the wrong time and it just followed you from below, like 50 yards below.
For me it was getting gear by farting at the general direction of a trivial enemy. I had better gear on an alt that only did WQs than I did on my main that I ran through normal and heroic dungeons and LFR every week. I prefer actual sense of gear progression through different stages of content over whatever the mess BfA offered.
No PvP vendors. PvE gear mandatory (15+ keys) to be competitive.
“Scaling”
AZERITE CHAMPYUN.
Terrible story arc. Remember when they teased about Teldrassil burning? That picture of Sylvanas standing there, like she’d been framed. Who burned the World Tree? Oh sorry guys, was Sylvanas all along.
Nazjatar, Nyalotha, both could have been expansions in their own right. Wasted opportunity.
Your weekly chests could be utterly useless, not great if you were short for time one week and could only run a few mythics.
An expansion about faction war being anything but. The warfronts were a perfect opportunity for a new PvP setting, Blizz just made it a strategy game that played itself.
The quest zones were nice the first 3 times but boring after…main story being timegated annoyed me…also not being able to farm reputation without time gates annoys me
Nah, I’ll keep saying this : We all could find a lot of positives points about Cata and Wod, but you can’t for BFA, therefore BFA is the worst expansion ever released.
BFA was not as bad as people say, I personally enjoyed it till the end of 8.3, what I hated was the lack of class tunning in 8.3 since Blizzard was like " we will just fix it in Shadowlands"
Bfa was an epitome of borrowed powers, sadly SL followed this suit, hope the next expansion will get rid of that flawled design and we move back to classes and their identity. New talent rows, maybe different progression system FOR CLASS that will stay with us more than one expac ;x
What? Islands where like … the worst thing every and not many played it.
Literally we have also Mythics now, but beside this, we have Covenants, Torghast, The Maw, Legendaries to farm for. So…how is it Mythics and Islands more than we have now?!?
By the way, english is not my main language. At least say Thanks I’m speaking a language other than mine, who at least you can understand it.
