I play belf because im a female and i find belfs the prettiest and best race. I personally dont like playing monster looking races and nightborne is half baked manly looking race. I do find male belfs pretty nice too <3

I have a theory about why that was the case.
There were more people who had living memory of REALLY bad things with the world wars etc so they were more thick skinned and appreciated the satire.

Most of us who were born after the midway of the 20th century are spoiled princesses in comparison.

I for example have a gore phobia and cannot gut a fish.
