They ve banned so many(thousands) innocent accounts with their auto fail cheat engine system and they deny that its failed but that you actually used bot. They work incredibly lazy for costumer support, i am so glad Microsoft bought them. They did their last damage to the community. I am sure wow will be saved by futurist brains in Microsoft. Because activition blizzard failed so hard, especially greedy activition.
