Deleted the quest item numerous times from my inventory and yet the system still keeps sending it to me, why?
GM’s couldn’t restore my item(s) i couldn’t restore myself using item restore, but somehow the system can spam my inbox with an “promotional” item i have zero interest in?
Can this please be fixed, so i can stop deleting these things?
The annoying thing is that I created a char in exiles reach to get a name quickly. Then I decided I wanna choose a different race, but I can’t delete the char anymore, because the fresh level 1 got the promotion already and there is no mail box until lvl 10. Also cannot use toys.
Yes, it’s pretty annoying. Even on the character where i completed the event i keep getting this spam.

I collected both coins in val upon logging in, to then find the quest item in my mail behind loads of AH stuff… so I have to go find a coin to clear the quest 
I had the same problem and messaged the support. It took one day for them to remove the mail from char level 1 so I can use the name. Completely disrespectful promotion
Event is a bit buggy. Hopefully they get it fixed soon.
I just leave the item in my bag or bank without accepting the quest.

It does seem overkill that every single alt has this in the mail and I have to destroy it.
We used to have a load of mail items that were sent upon creation of a character and they got rid of all those. This definitely needs to join that list 
getting to level 10 will take half an hour or something.
Just complete exiles reach, get to 10, then you can delete the char.
I abandoned the quest in Roasted Ram. I read comments on wowhead how it’s bugged to fel (no actually useful comments at that time), and I dislike hunting items type content.
Does the quest go back into your log? I didn’t notice…
How long is this promotion happeneing? will the rewards be removed soon?
If there was some useful wowhead comments with co-ords etc I might do it at some stage.

Tho, marketing is one of the groups I’ve got very little respect for due to their tendency to act like straight up cancer.
I get the necessary evil with them, but too often they get way too intrusive if not invasive.
There is a walk through with way points for all of them on wowheads. I completed mine without the bugs being reported. Though I still do get the quest in the mailbox and have it on all my alts. I just ignore it.

I’m not interested, and I’m not going to magically become interested because you keep on and on and on sending it to me no matter how many times I delete it. In fact, I’m just going to become more irritated by it and less likely to respond positively to any promotional stuff you send me in the future.

Indeed, this is so frustrating, that even if I wanted to try this game (I don’t for sure), this promotion would actually dissuade me due to how pushy and obnoxious it is
