Why we cannot have armor like this

I remember the first time i saw Lorthemars armor in bfa I was so mindblown on how it had actual physics to it, and obv the new warwithin character above it also has really cool armor that looks like it could have the same physics.

But instead for season 1 of warwithin we get really underwhelming plastic armor like the usual.

Because they are unique models with unique rigs. Or well not that unique rigs since Lor’themar uses the belf male animations but the outfit is specifically tailored for him and no one else.

The armor we get to use has to be usuable by all playable races. The heritage armor is the only exception since it’s race specific and can’t be used by others. But that’s why some armors sets look strechy on some races.

But the heritage armor are horrible too and have almost none physics.

Same reason we don’t have Pandaren Druid yet, Blizzard are lazy and don’t want to make new models or new animations.

Well that’s just bad art. Looking at some of the sets I doubt they really know what the heritage armor is really supposed to be for some races.

That “armor” is literally their skin.
