Its literally a dead global, get rid of the 30 insanity gain if needs be, this is not BFA, passive damage CDs should not be on the GCD.

Dont know I ask my self the same thing. All the other classes have instant Dps cds its just blizzard who are silly.
hope they fix it shadow feels sloppy.

Because you shall be the only class with a give away your cd but get nothing in return from blizzard.
Feels like the Devs are losing the touch of all classes now.
Just remove the pvp talents that make them instant cast and add it in why shall paladin have instant wings but not priest

blizzard cares so much thats why the evoker class was rushed.
Forgot we were talking about priest here-
The dev team once again screwed up but took 100 steps backwards.
Every other class has none GCD antifun and devs likes that I guess.
