Why won't support send me the chat logs of why I got suspended?

I don’t mind a 10 day suspension. That’s fine. If I did something wrong, I’ll take my punishment. What I don’t understand is how I can prevent it from happening again if support won’t give me the logs of what triggered it? I sent a ticket and 3-4 days later I get an automated response completely ignoring what I wrote.
They made sure to say the following, though:
“In the meantime, please note that our penalty will [ stack up ] each time, so we would recommend preventing similar situations from happening again in case of causing permanent penalty.”

Okay, that’s cool. How am I supposed to know what to avoid when you won’t tell me? Furthermore if punishments stack and never decay, won’t that mean that you eventually risk a ban no matter what? Ask yourselves how many times over the past 20 years you’ve said something that someone else didn’t agree with. Now picture those people reporting you and that the threshold for account action was 10 reports. Add to that incremental punishment and that you never know what you said that triggered it.

I don’t think it’s too much to ask to know why I was suspended. Like I said - I gladly take my punishment, but it just seems to go against all logic that the only winning move is not to play your games.

You can request a copy of your data, but Support will not send you the specific offense, just review the suspension if you appeal.

Yeah, I’ve sent a GDPR request already.
If pictures are allowed, these are the screenshots I’ve received.

They won’t send it because you’d just get mad if you knew that you just got report-bombed by third party and not because you actually wrote something exceptionally bad. Could be the latter, too but for them it’s better to be safe than sorry since (semi)automated systems are punishing you and doing the ticket review

Blizzard dont care, they should suspend the customer support for being ignorant! They want players to care for each other but they dont care about players them selves!

How can they expect anyone to not get “caught in 4k” again if they won’t let you know what you did?

By expecting them to obey the rules, and the social contract.

The rules are purposefully vague and you know it.
