Why would I receive a gift for my 12 months sub which I already owned from past?

Hey I don’t understand why blizz keep sending me this same gift, I think its the 2nd time in a row if i’m not mistaken? I’m unsure if its the same exact item or something else but I remember also last year I received a gift which when I tried to claim on my EU I can’t. Although I can claim on korean/asian/US but I don’t play there, so why do they keep sending me gifts I already have (I am subbed 12 months in Europe so pointless to send me things for other regions?).

I don’t know, can u gift me something that I don’t have for this year please?

Hi there Xinhuan,

Apologies for the confusion, this is not intentional if you already have the mount in the correct region and you can claim the duplicate in another region, or simply leave it to expire.

It appears this issue may be also be impacting the new 6 month sub mount - Herald of S’back.

After claiming mine - I’ve received a 2nd in Bnet the following day.

Unlike the Timbered Sky Snake - which could only be claimed in different regions - this time around I also have the option to claim it a 2nd time in Europe.

That said - I appreciate the effort to make doubly sure I get it! :slight_smile:

I got two at the same time and claimed one on EU and one on US. I logged on my US starter to check and it was sitting there in a gift box to open on my character.

Thanks for your answer. But I got a slight problem also, the gift says “Timbered Sky Snake Mount & Timbered Air Snakelet Pet” and as you’ve mentioned when I clicked claim there’s no EU option, just US, korea, taiwan etc. However the problem is I do NOT have the Timbered Air Snakelet pet in my EU account, I just have the Sky snake mount.

If I had claimed this gift before shouldn’t I also have the pet in my EU account as well? If I don’t have it, why can’t I also claim this one on EU just to get the pet? Can you help me with that one? thanks.

Yes, actually it is in Classic MoP…isnt it suppose to go to my Retail account also? or not?

Nah it’s just a Classic pet, same thing wiht this one.

You can see here in the 12 month, the pet is on the Classic side
