You might want to try setting your display mode to windowed.
why i should put windowed that windowed brings more trouble than good , so that is not answer , i was asking why not that i was asking that i go windowed , well if i go windowed that i have edge and can make lot of troubles
It’s already running in windowed mode (borderless windowed), as Blizzard removed exclusive fullscreen mode almost 2 xpacs ago now.

Press the windows key on your keyboard > Right click the task bar > Show the desktop

It’s a good question, but even Diablo make the same. Its something that blizzard coders did to all the games. I guess the same coders did WOW and Diablo.
Other games work in the other way. For instance, If you play eveonline and switch to desktop with window key. game client remove itself to taskbar and I get clear desktop, the same way do most other games like WoT WOWs etc.
Only blizzard games don’t want clear desktop and stay always on top.
You need to play it in windoweed mod, manual minimize it to taskbar , only then you can make you stuff on desktop.
So it isn’t only WOW , all the blizzard games do the same annoying thing.

let assume you play window mode. Then you have two option. First option don’t hide taskbar at all. Or like I told already m a n u a l minimize game at taskbar. Yes all this stuff annoying and just show the blizzard doesn’t pay good for coders, if all 
Stupid thing that game doesn’t minimize itself to taskbar in 2020 is absolutly not aceptable. But that is what we have. And no more can help you. I wanted to help , I doesn’t work for blizzard.
