Forgot about CM (community manager) only ever interacting with the same people. Twiluna makes like a dozen threads everyday and the GM only picks him/her for some reason 
That got old quit fast, I mean how many times can we make fun of gnomes without it getting stale? Meanwhile other boards have ingame screenshots, clips and gifs, fanart and so on while here itâs limited to few chosen ones who have to be very nice in order not to lose their rights
We do not have a current CM we only have FA which is forum ambassadors we lost our last CM years ago Aerythlea was our last one .
If you want a more active forum go to the US one tbh.
None of my posts have been flagged to my knowledge despite me being a bit harsh sometimes. Most flagged posts are trolls or politic talk (which donât belong here anyway). Some points Iâll agree on though. But I donât think the activity has changed since Legion that much, honestly.
Not everyone has to side against blizzard 24/7. I for example am most of the time against blizzard but im not turning into blind rage whenever they do something.
Also i dont care about his low tier shilling. I merely stated that your insult was low tier. As for TL3 my stance has been posted a lot of time as in i find it pointless and that should be baseline where people lose it if they abuse it and if they post nsfw stuff should also receive the punishment ingame.
The flagging system however is literally the least of my concern. If a post gets flagged it doesnt mean that you will be punished. A GM will decide whether or not you will be punished for it or not. This is the result of Blizzard removing the dislike button. Cant win in this situation. Also downvotes too caused posts to be burried.
However i fully agree that the mods do not do their job here and are severly slacking as they have proven in more than 6months in a row now. That one also doesnt get a reason as to why a post was removed or why one got banned is another issue. It requires a seperate ticket to get the post in question and a proper explanation as to why (if they even bother with that and dont just copy paste. Usually it requires reopening the ticket to get a non copy paste answer)
Iâve had a couple of times on the naughty step, mainly because sometimes people read sarcasm, as actual aggression. What can you do? Text Based communication is rubbish for conveying meaning or intention. To be fair, the last one I probably did deserve, it was a bit near the knuckleâŚ
Because players are not lurking here 24/7 and reading over every other garbage post. You hardly find anything worth to read.

Thatâs nonsense. People can still bypass the limitation to post links, and yet Iâve personally never seen a single inappropriate GIF being linked. Punishing many for the possible actions of the few is not the way to go about it.
Also, I find it even more ridiculous how only the people that got beta have an account-wide Trust Level 3. Either give it to everyone with Trust Level 3 or remove it from all characters that didnât âearnâ it.

How does this offend anyone on the forum though? Why was it flagged? Are we really this âsoftâ, or is this just another example of a toxic abuse of the flag system.

I mean he wants him to lick/clean his boots. Its a low tier insult. Would i report it? No. Is it against the rules and as such deserves the flag? Yes.
Also you lot are way to sensitive over a flag. If it doesnt break any rules the posts gets unflagged and if people abuse the flag system they get a bann. And in the end a flagged post at best draws more attention to itself.

Yeah and if you are brutally honest about something, a percentage in the thread just flags your post. So before you know it your post is instant deleted from the threadâŚ

Thatâs why Discord is better.
While Reddit can look ok, itâs honestly trash, because it uses the same hivemind mentality over there. Instead of flags you have downvotes etc.
So you canât have an honest and healthy discussion over there. Not even going to talk about who they hire, and their general bias. Itâs a whole mess.

But there is no instant deleting like you claim. If a post gets flagged by 5 separate users (we wonât go into the alt flagging abuse which is a thing) it is hidden but it cannot be further flagged by anyone else. It is then reviewed by an actual human and if it is found to be in breach of the ToS it is removed.

Thatâs preferable. Conflating something unpopular that people donât like with rule-breaking is ridiculously toxic and many people have been shot, including myself.
