Wildseed of Regrowth: where are the seeds?

Hio folks

Where do we find more seeds to plant in these pods, in the Conservatory? Not the catalysts, the actual pods that drop bags. I received severall during the past weeks, I assume from quests and upgrades, but I haven’t seen one in over a week. I’ve searched on wowhead and net, but can’t figure it out.

i assume you mean the untamed spirits which you then plant into the pods, you can find them from various activities:
