Yesterday I planted two Wildseeds. Today the conservatory is dormant and there’s nothing planted!
Aaaand now everything is back… weird…

We’ve received previous reports about this and suspect it has something to do with a rank 2 Conservatory and/or not zoning into the separate area to receive a planting update. Thankfully it does only appear to be a display issue, as you said.
I’d invite you to submit a bug report so the matter can be looked into further.
