Hey, it’s just basic toxic lfr story - we were in Azjol-Nerub (TW) and at Hadronox. The tank was a monk, which means he’s high on power of fast lol, so he kept going down.
After we died I said that we should wait at the top, to not make it unnecessarily hard for the healer.
He replied with “nah thats too easy” I was confused and just said “?” and it must’ve pissed him off, since he then kept repeating everything I wrote lol.
The boss was killed, I was kicked. The thing is they are in the same guild (with eachother), on the same realm as me and I got whispers afterwards.
No problem, I put them all on ignore, but I wanted to ask - is there a chance that lfr might put me with some of them again in the future if I have them on ignore? Because that guild seems full of edited by moderation that threaten with mass report and I’d rather avoid them lol.
People from your own guild kicked you ? that is really off and no if you place them on ignore they shouldnt be able to que with you.
Oh no, it was a different guild than mine. They were in the same guild with eachother, sorry I didn’t write it better. But thank god if it won’t put me in the same group again. Thank you
In all the years I’ve been playing with randoms on group finder on dungeon finder since it was brought out I can count on my hand how many times Ive met the same person twice.
LFR however, is a different matter, and if you are multiple queuing and someone in your group also has the same queues you will likely meet them again. However, if you have them on ignore it’s very unlikely you will be queued with them as I’ve ignored a few people on LFR, usually the uber dramatic ‘heroic harry’s’ yelling “you bunch of noobs!! Ive done this on heroic! uninstall and play Mario kart!” thinking this will somehow spur people on to blast out 500k dps or the people who spam unnecessary raid warnings and macros every 5 seconds, and I never see them again, even on the next lfr which kicks in right after the last one.
It CAN happen, but usually if you ignore someone you never see them again.
And whispering you after they kicked you is cowardly and frankly, they won’t be missed.
I doubt you’ll be queued with them again, especially on a different day.
You only have a slim chance to be grouped with the same people, if you multi-queue for the raids and then when you finish one, the other pops up…but outside of that…it’s extremely slim.
Either way, I’d keep them on ignore and then forget they even exist. That’s what I do…I slap people on ignore and then actually forget they exist.
The amount of Blood Elf Paladin players on Kazzak, which are on my ignore list…
I’ve come across one of those in LFR and one in normal as well (on my other characters). Both times they were from Kazzak, everyone made fun the individual. Saying how much their parents are proud of their WoW achievements and their tinder profile must show their WoW Armoury page etc.
The guy quit and tried to ninja pull a boss, but died in the process xD
