December is soon and game should be out before 31st dec. Will it be obtainable if you purchase Spoils of War Edition later or it’s only pre-purchase thing? I don’t wanna miss this unique mount that’s why it’s important for me to know.

It appears to be part of the ‘deluxe’ edition, no special pre-order. The pre-order bonus is getting it now.
Also to note by 31/12/19. Must be launching early next month I’d guess.

The fact you get the pre-order item isn’t what we’re talking about.
It’s like with Shadowlands. Those who preorder get to enjoy the digital goodies way before the expansion launches, while the stuff will still be there for those who buy the deluxe edition after the launch.
So in terms of WC3 Reforged, those who had bought the preorder got to enjoy the goodies way before the game launched, while it’ll all still be available after the launch as well.

It kinda is,“will be available on or before December 31, 2019” so it kinda means when they launch the game you need to buy the “Reforged Spoils of War Edition” before launch the said version.It doesnt mean they can launch it 25. and then you buy it 28. and get the Spoils.Also pre order only enables you early access.
I think it will be available, this is just early access as someone pointed out.

If you took time to understand I pointed out that there’s nothing to suggest that it’s pre-order only. The meat wagon is part of what is in effect the deluxe edition.
If you pre-order, actually a pre-purchase, you get it in game now.

I have rarely seen pre order content being still available once the game is out.
As you said we don’t know if it’s gonna be available or not after release, so for the OP it’s best to go with the assumption it isn’t. Because if you wait and it turns out you can’t get the mount later, well tough luck.
It’s basically a gamble.

Purchase game before its release and get extra goodies for it = pre-order content.
Also pre-order vs pre-purchase… it’s the same thing.
There is no extra content for paying now. That is the point that seems to go high over your head.

As a few have pointed out, there is nothing to suggest that the Meat Wagon won’t be available if you purchase the Spoils of War edition after the game is released.
The fact that there is no set release date for WCIII and it is still the placeholder date of 31/12/19 also backs this up.

Seems we disagree on the term « pre order content ». You DO have to pay if to want to get the mount.
As small as it may be I consider it content that comes from the pre-order. Commonly called pre-order exclusive items.
It’s simple really, I have no idea why you’d be trying to debate about that, you pay you get an exclusive item. That’s it.
But in this case the pre-order bonus is access to the Beta. The mount hasn’t been touted as a bonus for the preorder but for the Spoils of War edition.
As such I think it will still be available with that particular edition even after the game has been released.
