Will "Mechagon: Workshop" awards the portal when timed on a +10, hence its a mega dung and the 1st wing is not part of the seasonal m+ rotation for s2?

I was wondering whether people who missed out on it during SL s4 can still get the portal for timing the key on a +10 despite the “Mechagon: Junkyard” is not part of the season 2 m+ Dungeon pool.

Usually mega dungs require both of their associated keys to be completed within the time limit to earn their respected Portals and feats of strength achievement.

I timed Junkyard on a 20 in Shadowlands but not Workshop so I’m wondering if I’ll get the portal if I manage to time it on 10 in TWW season2
