Will Pandaren Race Change Be Available During MoP Classic Pre-Patch?

Hello,

I’m planning to purchase a Race Change service and would like to ask:

Will it be possible to change my character’s race to Pandaren during the Mists of Pandaria Classic pre-patch, or will I have to wait until the full expansion launch?

I’d like to prepare in advance and apply the Race Change as early as possible.
