Given how close we are to prepatch at this point i find it very unlikely.

To be fair, affli is busted right now, yet, it deserves nerf just as any other meta/overpowered class/spec in the game right now.

Worst defense, worst mobility, worst design (not existing casting if melees sit on you). Affli needs to boost (in pvp).

yea but that requires to press something, it’s unacceptable. Mages should always be n1 in pvp and pve no matter what and nothing should be in their way (except their wife’s bull who stands in the way of their wife but hey mages gonna mage)

You really think it is a nerf? I think it is a buff to our survivability. They still need to give Soul link the 20% back, but it is a buff.

Dps wise? Probably. It is only what I have heard others say. I don’t play discount mage much. They do seem super tanky though. :hugs:

I’m only doing pvp, so PvE does i don’t know. But in pvp warlock looks strong. I don’t think that they will be meta, but not as easy to kill like in SL S1.

Why do you hate your own class? Warlock is far more then a mage, it is superior to all! We are the burning Legion!

right now Demos as example still have synergies from the skill tree and renown (maby even legendarys) i belive.
A good example, if i am not mistaken, is the chance our summoned doggys to recast their dread bite abbility. I belive in DF this will be 10-20% less dmg there.

Also we loose decimating bolt from maldraxxus. This again will lower that dmg to 20-30% i would say.

So yes WL do to much dmg now, but it actualy is allready balanced out when DF comes out and we loose those synergies.

Carnivorous Stalkers is the same proc chance as a talent or the conduit + you’ll have extra points to put in Hounds of War. If anything, dog damage will be higher in DF. Demo’s good because the Wilfred’s legendary is also capstone, so you can take Reign of Tyranny instead. The only conduit we lose is is Tyrants Soul and that hasn’t been made into a talent.

That Imp Gang Boss buff was also pretty insane.
