True enough 
For many levelling is just a means to an end. To get to the end game to be able to start playing the game.
For others, levelling is the adventure.
I do sometimes think it would be better if you could choose a levelling type to suit you. Like you do in other games. Although they tend to not be MMOs. Diablo lets you choose the difficulty for example.
I definitely fall into the levelling is a boring chore camp. I’ve done all the quests a gazillion times and I don’t care for it. It’s dull because I’ve seen it all too many times. I have been playing since TBC and have a full compliment 60 chars, more if you count the ones I’ve deleted over time
