The thing I’ve liked about the Secrets of Azeroth event is that they were normal things everyone could work out. Unlike some of the insanely complicated stuff people have worked out in the past on discords like the Secret Finding Community.
This was something anyone could go and do.

Was thinking that too, like these bonus mounts hidden behind some complicated thing you wouldnt be able to find out for yourself, unless you had no life 
I couldn’t figure out that co-ordinates thing with the thinking cap. My brain obviously doesn’t work that way.
I had to cheat to look up the guide.
Edit: Saying that it’s fun trying to work them out manually even if I do end up with a guide.
The previous secret mounts were just impossible to figure out alone.

They did improve the cap so that the coordinates appear on screen instead of having to look at the buff all the time.
I did more of those running around roughly in the right areas than actually using the cap. I’m not that good with it either

Same here.
I am sure the instructions for north/south and east/west are reversed. Plus it has to be unequipped and reset each time I think.
That is better. I still struggle to read them when there is something moving in the background.
Someone was having fun with the weird swirly fireworks in Valdrakken last night, so loads of ppl were spinning all over the place.

I do a bit, then plug in coordinates after going around in circles for a while.

First day I spent like 4 hours trying to find logic behind the coordinates, then I figured, this is probably Goblin made, so…there is NO logic 
What I did was jump onto the fountain, reset and run around it. Eventually I gave up.
I’ve seen various comments about that. Fortunately not experienced it so far
