Horde re-roll possible after sending Ali chars to classic forever realms?

Hi peeps, as title says … Can we be 100% sure, that we will be able to re-roll horde on the same PvP server after we send our characters of one faction to the classic forever realms? Or is it going to be faction locked neverthless? I am asking because my sub is about to end and I am considering making a second account for an opposite faction on a same pvp server. But I would much rather send my ali characters to the Classic copy of the server and create horde on the same server.
