Will we ever get big fat continents on Azeroth?

C9nsidering you can always expand ccontent… lol

I think you take the game too much seriously

I would give my left toe for a soft reset on this whole thing. Huge continent where we’d go back to just doing basic things like investigating the murder of a beloved family horse or helping bernie’s find her necklace or what have you. Regular old final boss villain also.

I would love reworking old zones instead of giving us more… yes I want to mention that Silvermoon remains untouched since the very BC.

Where the hell you get these nonsense?
Sorry
But really

Yeah, the SL zones are so small and filled with terrain-enforced chokepoints.

I remember when I first played WoW and the size of the world was amazing and just so open. Now it all feels very, very small and restrictive.

Mate that is the whole story of bfa and there was a whole lore about it in mechagon LOL…

The Multiverse has sharding and parallel Shadowlands.

The Curse of Flesh isn’t invented Death nor intorduced mortality
And it wasn’t the work of N’Zoth, but Yogg-Saron
:man_facepalming:

Bfa lore gets me confused I mean it’s all old gods which one i never know.
Either way none of those races actually die before the curse of flesh, since they were mechanical beings. at least is what is told on alliance side.

The Trolls and several other races predated the curse of flesh
And the titanforged died left and right despite made out of the crust of Azeroth
Not to mention the Eredar predated probably the whole Dark Empire on Argus and sometimes died too…
Or the populations of the planets the Legion destroyed
And nowthing, nor quest, nor lore book, nor npc idle chat on alliance side was ever said something like “none of those races actually die before the curse of flesh, since they were mechanical beings”
Actually the opposite was the whole plot of Loken’s fall: Sif - an Iron Vrykul woman - , the wife of Keeper Thorim was murdered by Loken by accident thanks to Yogg-Saron
And the Curse of Flesh came later, when the prisoned old god managed to get some acces to the Forge of Wills… :unamused:

Please, we’ve only seen like one side of the northern hemisphere.

Depends on the PoV. So far every depiction we have of Azeroth as a planet there is either nothing or Kalimdor and EK are on opposite sides of the globe and the day/night cycle is just for gameplay reasons.

Dragon isles?

Yes plzzz… And no weird pathblocking

So much of this, tbqh. It’s why I love the visuals of Pandaria, but was very meh on those from TBC and WoD. I actually liked the look of BfA’s new zones a lot, but then Nazjatar happened and they became irrelevant for a year. The less… ‘alien’ zones make me want to hang out in them, which makes me play more.

It would be nice if, when we inevitably go to some other dimension or planet in 10 or 11, it could have some more terrestrial/azerothian landscapes.

I feel like it wouldn’t really have any room though, there’s already a lot of continents as it is.

I do not think it would be worth it considering current lore since almost every world except our own has been burned by the legion and the world of the nethrazim was destroyed or twisted by illadan.

So that would mean they would need to create a new dimension which would be messed up if you ask me

Legion invasion points from Argus beg to differ…
Almost is a very strong word…

Yh but i never heard how they came to be, they have no creator they kinda simply spawn out of nowhere in one location such a Azeroth in case of trolls. They all technically die but you don’t see them in shadowlands so they are not death in wow standards ahaha. either that or shadowlands is much bigger than we think. The point is you mixing a real world problem with wow and that makes no sense since it is not working the same.
