Will WotLK Heirlooms scale until level 85?

Hi guys after the raid tier open

When the first raids open, heirlooms that are intended to max at level 85 will be increased to level 85.
and now the question too.
Will it be available immediately tomorrow on Friday, or next week after the servers restart?

So, i check guild vendor, and this correct, there have heirlooms item up to 85 lvl, BUT not for Justice points and Honor point, is this ok? Or need to upgrade item like actual wow?

Seems only the guild vendor heirlooms are upgraded to level 85. The heirlooms I bought in Wrath are still capped at level 80, and as said above, so are the ones sold by the heirloom vendor in SW. I hope it is a bug.

this behavior is intended and not a bug as it is equal to the original cataclysm heirloom system. only the guild heirlooms were scaled up to 85
