Ok so before 11.0.5 Enh got 60% buff to Stormstike, Lava lash and windfury, when 11.0.5 release they forgot to ship the Windfury 60% buff to Live server. as of right now Windfury doesnt scale at all in pvp not even 1% please fix it indiy game

Man, btw, they didnt gave 60% stormstike buff before. That looks like a mistake, especially coz they didnt write there about windstrike as alltime. After patch(not 11.0.5) we got 60% to wf and ll. Stormstrike was unchanged. And after 11.0.5 we lost +60% to windfury.
No stormstrike got 60% dmg then 20% so total 80%, i just checked it now i actaaully get 80% dmg amp to ss but Windfury doesnt get any 60% buff
easy to check wear pve gear then hit pvp dummy
