Windfury Weapon nerfed by 20% in PvP combat?

Windfury attack damage was buffed by 60% in early September, but numbers don’t add up anymore.
WF tooltip used to reach 45,000 Physical damage, it’s gone down to 36,000.
Which is about 20% reduction on WF damage.
Why ?

Most likely have to do with Doom winds and Ascendance stacking.
You could almost insta kill people with that combo.
That combo still does alooot damage.

But that’s my guess

Good guess tbh, I just want Blizz to say things in patch notes when they do this type of thing.
