Windows 11 Firewall ports

Hello, i m having problems with windows 11 Firewall only when i m using my phone as a personal hot spot.
When i turn off the Windows Firewall the game runs fine.
I need to add the ports UDP and TCP, i have google it and i found:

TCP port number 3724 to play and UDP port 3724 for in game Voice chat. The Blizzard Downloader, which downloads patches, also uses TCP ports 6112 and the range 6881-6999.

Are this ports correct? if yes need help to add it in the fire wall, i know how to add them but i have the “Inbound” rules TCP and UDP and “Outbound” rules TCP and UDP.

Should i open ports in Both?

joking aside i don’t think you need the voice chat since no one uses it
