I use these as they are easier for me due to wrist injury. (It’s the program that’s included in windows that allows you to move the mouse/click with the numpad.
Will wow pick this up as botting?

I don’t know about this specific program, but other programs that provide similar functionality, have been ruled to be ‘botting’, and resulted in players being banned in the past.
However keep in mind that Blizzard have a policy of never confirming if a program is OK or Not OK, on these forums.
Would be weird if blizzard classed an accessiblity program included with windows as botting but thanks for the reply. Maybe I should stop using it then.
WoW also has in-built movement pad (basically bunch of buttons for strafe, turning and jumping) which can be used. Not sure if it helps you though if using mouse is difficult.
Esc → Options → General under Accessibility → Show Move Pad (at top).
Blizzard has accessibility team which you might consider contacting, too, though no guarantee that you can get reply:
There are also different hardware solution which might, or might not, work for you depending on exact problem. Eg. vertical mouse, rollermouse (I think this is a brand name, not sure if there are other manufacturers for similar) etc. Or even a gamepad.
Yeah I’ve tried different mouse types, basically any game that’s left click heavy causes me pretty bad issues in my right wrist, which is why I’ve been using mouse keys for other games which allows me to press n5 (which i bound to caps with sharpkeys) for left click.
Rollermouse might work then, as it’s buttons and the roll used to move the cursor are in center, below the keyboard. They obviously have some learning curve though…
Sounds like the same thing as keybinding so should be ok. Look into your keybinds and you will find movements not available on mouse like strafing.
