The questions is -
Would i lose a lot of dps if i would be playing without legendary item?
Would i be at least something close to fury warrior or is it much worse?
judging by their SIMS
you’re losing 5% ST DPS and 9% AoE DPS not using a Legendary.
I dont think either of those numbers are enough to drop u beneath the worst class in the game… so you should be oki xD

Question is why would you play without a legendary
imma guess it drops from something not accessible currently. so she wants to wait it out instead of Crafting a different legendary in the mean time.
I just hate torghats. Not fun.

Some legendaries improve your damage, other quality of life by reducing CD etc.
Torghast thing is reducing quality of life and this is where my question comes from 
I am playing game for fun, not for - ‘‘spend there 1-2 hours weekly in this chore and you will have easier other stuffs’’.

Have you tried Torghast after they changed it? It can be quite fun.
It was fun for me maybe for first time i did layer 8, which was in release day as it was not even hard as protection paladin. Next week i goes with my proto pala to torghast i were doing it with closed eyes, seriously. Was pulling - closing eyes - and pressing my holy power generators + word of glory as long as i stopped to hear sound of dying mobs 
I am right there with you. I despise Torghast with all my heart. At least visions gad some creative stuff to it that made it fun for me to run it a few times even though I didn’t have to. This time I am forced to do this unchallenging, dull and unrewarding grind for Ash. Good thing one legendary is enough.

It rly depends on the content you do.
I would suggest try so thorgats with a group of 5. People rush it and it takes 30 min layer 8.
Without the bis leggo invokers- you will loose between 9-12% dps.
Also its rly fun to use it.
There are also other leggos that imrpove mobility or aoe.
If u want to raid normal or do myth”s low keys its fine, if u want to pvp or do higher keys heroic raids, its important to have it.

Actually friend of mine convinced me to go Torghast with him.
I don’t regret it, as i have my legendary now, but it was VERY painfull.
After upgrading layers with him up to 8, i was REALLY done.
But he asked me to go just for one of layer 8 wing, i did it.
After that i told him just that i have to recover my mind and did alt + F4.
So happy from my legendary item

I would say invoker delight. And most of people say same. Having 20 seconds bloodlust every 2 minutes sounds kinda OP.
