From a PvP perpective.
For the monk tree side, self healing is dreadful no matter how much you put into it, it would mean something if it was a fixed percentage and not a value amount.
Fortifying brew is either 4 minute or a 6 minute timer to get the worthwhile one. Dhs get blur for 10 seconds every minute, which is a better ability by far on a more mobile class who does more damage.
WW’s rarely pick talents from the bottom two rows of the monk tree. Row 9 stuff is garbage, and row 10…lol, the statues, for a class which relies 100 percent on mobility to survive. Who designed that trash???
Right tree : SotWl and thunderfist were nerfed to nothing.
Crane kick Is kind of nothing, it’s not worth pressing without a proc, and procs don’t happen that often. No one has ever said ‘Oh may, that spinning crane kick really changed the fight.’ Yet a whole side of the tree is devoted to it’.
Whirling dragon punch not only does terrible damage, but it can only be used when rsk and fof are on cooldown, why has a garbage damage ability have prerequisites?. It also roots you for a second.
Last emperors capacitor…what can i say, an ability based around jade lightning, the ranged damage which is barely a tickle (3-6k damage). If you spend all the time building it up to max stacks the next lightning you channel will do 100k over 5 seconds (on test dummy). Which is probably 1/3 the damage you could do in that same time with just blackout kick spam.
If WW’s didnt have Turbo fists and alpha tiger they would be so devastatingly useless. Which is good because apart from disarm the other 8 pvp talents are useless.
The only choice a WW has to make for different fights is whether to take detox or not. The template choice never ever changes.
The monk trees (especially the left bottom two rows) need a complete redesign. The mw Statue should be baseline and put something actually worthwhile of being a bottom row ability.
