i made WinMTR test yesterday when i tried to understand what’s wrong with my connection between blizz servers here’s the link of the results Constant High Ms and Ocassional Spikes (WinMTR results) - #4 by Topperharley-shattered-hand
today after login server crash, my ping seems to be stable and low compared to ongoing issue and i wanted to run MTR test again to see if those packet losses were legitimate reason for my ping and it turned out to be not. My packet loss in exact ip persist in almost same percentages but my ping is greatly improved. I was getting 150ms yesterday and now its 70. So this test is not a good indicator. For both tests and in general my wifi is disabled(no other device shares internet with my computer) i’m connected through lan cable for both of them and there were no backround downloads for both tests if anyone wonders. So this test is another bait like ‘‘disable your addons and pray to god’’ kind of stuff. It indicates nothing and it’s another stuff to blame for blizzard tech staff. Don’t get baited.
