Gone through the PvP ladder for 3s and nobody is taking WDWB leggo.
I’m going to build DWs anyway but I really wanted to give Wolf Bones a go
Can someone run me through the build please? I’ve had a look around on reddit and stuff and it’s all PVE focus and a bit heavy
Mastery > Haste? What missives will I want? Vers / Mast or Vers / Haste?

I highly advise you Not to go wolf bones for PVP.
Wolf bones requires uptime on the target and good RNG to be any good at all.
On single target boss fights it has some value since the more time you are in combat the more likely it is you get some actual good procs (Although it has extremely big problems there aswell). Also Feral spirit is pathetic when it comes to damage as a damage cooldown so you basically do not have a big bursty moment either (Thats why DW is always selected cause enhance doesnt have a proper baseline cd ) . For raid scenarios Wolf bones is better than all the other choices since everything else lacks single target damage on longer fights.
The best stats for it tho is Haste/Mastery mostly.
If you really are bored of DW on PVP (many of us are) I recomend going Legacy of the Frost Witch build , it is not as good as DW but I’ve seen some people trying it out on PVP and it is more fun.
Unfortunately it’s as Gahaar said. WDWB is only good when you can have constant uptime on your target which is very hard as enh in PvP. Since enh shamans don’t have a good gap closer (feral lunge sucks so it doesn’t count) it’s very easy for most classes to just kite you forever. The wolfes do some right click however. Nothing special but it’s not that bad. One can hope that we get more legy alternatives in the future by hopefully some tunings done to the unused…
Well… I’m crushed. Looks like it’s DW again. I might make frost witch or WDWB later but I mainly Casual PvP. I don’t raid, too much time commitment and Mythic+ really isn’t my jam
I really hope Enh and shamans in general get some love as it’s honestly such a cool class with flavour but usually seems at the bottom of the pile

Decided to build/make both. Have enough Ash will just get the lower ilvl variants. I REALLY wanted to Try witch doctors wolf bones, even if it’s for WQs or something. I like having different flavours. I’ll also build Frost Witch very soon too

If you want an alternative option Legacy of the Frost Witch is viable but worse than Doom Winds. You can play it with either Elemental Blast or that Flame Shock talent.
The reason why you play DW is because 9/10 you play with Arms or WW so you have guaranteed uptime and go every minute so everything lines together.
Wolf Bones is a fun build you can easily use it for World content and Raids (It is the best choice for ST damage after all) .
The whole Enhance shaman community is crushed right now since there is little comment about our situtation and we are left with no changes since 9.0.5 (and those were clearly out of touch/not enough), the 9.1 had no changes besides a failed bugfix .
9.1.5 also is a brutal middle finger to the face for us as it is now, once again no changes/buffs/hotfixes.
There have been countless forum posts ,youtube videos, myself included tried to point out many of our problems in the forums and in the suggestion WoW tab but I-we are totally ignored.
Of course as a Casual PVPer or PVEer these troubles do not affect you as much since all the specs are very well tuned for casual content.
Ayy what’s up Brod. Well I built FW and WDWBs , 210 leggos , not too fussed about the ilvl just wanted the power to try them out.
Didn’t realise Shamans leaned that heavily on WW and Arms tbh , I mean it makes sense but yeah
I’ve had a blast using it in torghast and it’s shown some pretty decent damage , not sure if it’s up to DW but it’s a lot more fun rather than - every 1 min you get extra pew pews
This feelsbadman. I don’t main shaman , I’d love to but sank more time earlier on into my DH and it’s still very far behind. I’m not hardcore though. But I can really feel how annoying it must be for main shams.
The delay and lack of comms regarding 9.1.5 is bad enough , but it also makes you wonder how far away is 9.2 then, and are classes going to get the buffs/changes they need.
I’ve read similar complaints on the DKs forums. Wont go too into it but the consensus is, Chill streak is lame and needs to go (heavy agree)
For what it’s worth , the blues on the forums have their hands tied and can only pass on feedback. Blizzard are definitely getting slower to introduce changes or take a look that’s for sure.
I get the sentiment of this , but as a casual PvPer I-We get ruined by other things, i.e massive gap in ilvl gear. Sometimes I feel naked it’s that bad. PVE isn’t as bad though as theres an invisible barrier that stops me joining things. I.E unless I know people to carry I won’t be doing at +15 keys anytime soon , same for SoD HC etc but I agree with what you meant 
I have all 3 legos at 235 from the first season. I don’t play my Enha (other Shaman) this season since I’m bored of Turbocleave. FW feels actually nice - it has great sustain damage but lacks that 100-0 burst. You have way more procs and you can spend them on damage finally. I think FW might be good if you have more Mastery since you will use your spells more.
I found frost witch and wof bones better vs team that can shutdown your doom winds go easly
How come you didn’t try another comp? Just curious

Talking of mastery , isn’t that what is needed for WDWB build? I like the need for diff stat prio. Even if it’s a pain in the A
Shut it down how? Kill totem ? CC on winds ? Again , just curious
I tried but Enha is quite squishy and Warrior is the only class that offers you enough survivability. WW/Enha/Healer is ok but WW doesn’t have enough saves for you. Beastcleave could be nice but requires healer to push for CC as Hex drs with Traps. And L.S.D.3 - Warlock isn’t in the best spot let’s say.
For Frost Witch Mastery is fine too because you will have way more Maelstrom procs and you will spend some of them on damage and mastery buffs all magic damage.
Yea cc. The moment you pop dw they throw disarms stuns on you
This. This this and this. It’s weird that a mail wearer feels so squishy really. Self-healing is great but doesn’t last long against some comps I’d imagine. (Arms/WW looking at you)
Warriors have way too much going for them. Really decent damage , sustain with burst and the amount of util is insane.
Btw what is L.S.D3? diff spec lock?
Would loved to have bought Conq gear with mastery on but… it’s just crit or haste/vers I think.
I imagine this comes into play 2k+ where people either have addons that tell you offensive CDs or they keep track themselves
