[With 8.3 Spoliers] What is Fate of Uldaman?

With upcomming path 8.3 centered around N’zoth raid as well as Titan facilties assault I have been asking myself a question. What have happened to the certain Titan facilties over the years?
Now I had a chance to see some of these ponderings answered:

  1. After the defeat of Yogg-saron the Ulduar facility became once more an uncorrupted Fortress of Titan-forged which is even used in Legion and BfA where demons and N’zoth minions made their attempts to break into the facility. It seems that for the most part Ulduar is place for characters very aware of threats to learn even more about it. It is fine.

  2. After the Neferset and Air Elementals defeat the Uldum becomes Titan-forged cradle again. In of Chen and Li-li travels we even have chance to witness execution of last Neferset. So by all means the Uldum region is fine until the Titan Assault which will happen in 8.3.

  3. After the destruction of the Vale by Garrosh the general fate of Pandaria in expansions haven’t been discussed. But with patch 8.3 it seems that the Titan facilties there are more fine than ever. With Ra-den even creating his clan of jade-skined friendly Mogu. Of course everything is well until Assault.

  4. After defeat of G’hunn we have chance to see M.O.T.H.E.R. continiue her research in previously infested Uldir. So it seems that even recently introduced facility has some sort of post-story implying that the Titan and friendly-neutral presence is strong there.

And so my main concern is. What of Uldaman? I do understand that this facility is irrelevant to the current lore but I couldn’t find any lore indicating if the facility even became Titan friendly-neutral like the ones mentioned above. The single throwback to all facilties in BfA is Madien of Vitality line:

WARNING: Multiple containment breaches registered.

Recommended expurgation of following facilities:

Uldaman. Uldum. Uldorus. Ulduar. Uldir. Uldaz. Uld… Uld… Uld… Uld…

And now my questions. Was the city reconstructed? Are Earthen there still hostile? Is Explorers/Reliquary even there anymore? Is anyone even there? If so who is protecting it? I’d like you to tell me what do you speculate have happened to one of the oldest places related to Titan-story in whole WoW.

As far as I understand it, Uldaman was mostly used as a facility to contain and research the curse of flesh, in the end. Well… The Troggs are out, the gnomes are out, the dwarves are out, the watchers that were left were defeated by players, the discs of Norgannon were taken. There could be additional purposes to Uldaman of course, but as far as we know… there isn’t really anything that could be achieved by staffing and rebuilding it again.

So… I would say it’s on its way to becoming just a hole in the ground with some ruins.

Well we do go back multiple time after wrath and it seems all is fine, as for its current state i would guess it may be under attack but the presence of the keepers might be holding them off without the need of help (same could be said for odyn as surly his place is a titan facility)
As to why we are not going there maybe because of it needing flying they decided against it, i know i know sounds stupid since most if not all will have it unlocked but its the only thing i can think of as to why they choose to ignore it.

I’m glad Ra-den found hope again I guess with the return of the pantheon he found meaning with his work once more

Koradan, as for your question Odyn’s hall of valor is a piece of Ulduar he was the prime keeper of azeroth after all until he threw a temper tantrum over the dragons being empowered and broke of a piece of Ulduar and left the other keepers to their own designs

Or Maybe just a sleeper agent of N’zoth.

possibly but i doubt it this everyone is corrupt plot tool is pretty boring

I mean him, falling to corruption.
would make sense considering his reaction to the Titan’s fall was just not caring anymore nothing mattered.
