Yes, he didn’t know. But when the person in chat said he was underaged, joking or not, what did he do? He doubled down and said he’s sure it’s just a troll. And there might be 99% chances that it was. The responsable thing would’ve been to say that if he’s a minor, he appologises. But he couldn’t bring himself do that because that person said some bad words to him. And even if it were the heat of the moment (hey, it happens) he never went back on it later. He never does.
Saying sorry can go a long way.
