Its not that useless if it has higher item lvl.
Its just 3 weeks in-dlc.
Bis stat equip is a marathon … 
But yeah, havoc is in terrible state no matter stats

210 ilvl trinket so can’t complain.
My loot from the raid and pvp brackets was dog, though. Full of Mastery.
