I have level 10 on all 4 factions on one character. Word of a Worthy Ally shows correctly on some other account characters showing all 4 reputations increased by 100%. However on at least one other character only 3 show up (iskaara tuskarr is missing).
Edit: Tried /reload, stayed the same.
However on exit game and back in, it was showing correctly
