Although it has been reported many times, there is this bug on male worgen model that the boots get streched and go above the knee, mostly on plate boots and even in some cases the boots don’t even show up on the model, like the warrior T20.
No other shoeless races (trolls-tauren-draenei) have this issue and its pretty sad to see that this bug haven’t been fixed with the new models.
I just hope that Blizzard will acknowledge this issue at some point and fix it.
It’s still possible this has been fixed on the new models; Wowhead’s Dressing Room isn’t officially linked to Blizzard and likely still operates mostly on the code for the old Worgen model.
Up until they officially launched, Kul Tirans’ hats appeared halfway inside their heads on the Dressing Room.
Go naked like me, will fix all your issues 
I have a dog and it has little dog shoes to wear when it goes below -25c here. When we put them on she is lifting her paws like really funny way to sides and high on the air. And now i see in my mind you, dear worgen, doing the same thing while cursing your bugged boots. 
Sorry not meaning to make fun of you just wanted to share this. I do hope Blizzard fixes that bug soon.
Hopefully that’s the case, cause the new models looking really good.
