Choose to make specific equipment hidden whilst in Worgen form, reappearing in human form. Additionally, I whould prefer Worgens without pants, a more natural fur covering thier privates whould feels less awkward than seeing them in trousers or bra.
Abilities useable in Human form
Moreover, it whould be neat to have the option to use certain abilities without triggering a Worgen transformation, allowing players to stick to their human form using certain abilities. Functioning similiar to Greymane in Heroes of the storm.
Some of these abililties could be:
Sap, Pistol shot, Between the eyes, Kill command etc.
Claws
Allowing worgens to hide thier weapon at the transmog, to make it look like they are fighting with thier claws.
Customization
I whould like to see new customization options for both male and females in human forms. A touch of Gothic/Victorian flair in customization such as unique jewelry, hairstyles, and beards exclusively for Gilnean humans. It’d also be cool to let human Gilneans to have the option to have more Worgen like eyes, maybe in shades of red or yellow/orange.
Racials reworked
Running Wild: Instant cast To activate Running wild Instead of 1,5 seconds
Darkflight: Increase speed to 50 % for 12 seconds. From 40 % for 10 seconds.
Note: The racials can always be tweaked for balance issue, these are just some rough ideas. But atm Worgen have bad racials, same goes for other races that deserves being buffed.
I whould like all druids to be able to fight in thier normal form like Druid of the claw in warcraft 3, using fist weapons in that case, Worgen could use claws instead.
We did get worgen monk, which makes no sense, considering worgens are cursed with bloodlust and rage whilst being a monk is about harmony and tranquility.
So I see it as a posibility that we will get Worgen Paladin some day. I won’t approve of it though.
I agree with the hide armor / claws option. Considering worgen monks is a thing, human form. Should be binned imho, its the same bitter sweet cruelty like evoker has. Its catering to a different audience entirely.
Worgen customisation needs gross updating.
Separate colours from fur patterns
Piercings / some form of jewellery
Fix the heritage armor, maybe even just overhaul the Gilneas mog recently added too.
Trial the idea of straight back worgen or just different posture options?
Finally add the dk customisation to the default worgen customisation

Racial just needs overhauling, no matter what you do with current racials. Its just bad, keep the racial to mount. Then make the usable racial for pve / pvp a leap or smth if you want to keep it utility themed, one of the main “things” i remember from levelling in Gilneas is worgen leaping the roof tops.
A very interesting post I support most of what you are asking. Only, it is utopic that Blizzard would invest time or work for worgens. Although we can hope! Nice topic!
