I’ve been waiting for 3 weeks now for this WQ to appear in Hallowfall as its required to complete the meta quest You Xal not Pass. Checking it every day multiple times on different chars and its just not occuring, whereas other WQ quests keep re-appearing. Anyone else seeing the same problem?

Ok, so I logged a support ticket and a very nice GM came back to me very quickly and told me that they’ve had several reports of this issue and that it is definitely bugged. He suggested people register a bug report (instructions here). To help, I’ve created some text below that you can use to cut’n’paste into your ticket :-
According to Wowhead, to complete the meta achievement “You Xal Not Pass”, you have to complete a sub quest called “Children’s Entertainer” which requires a WQ in Hallowfall called “Work Hard, Play Hard”. Having spoken with a GM (ticket No. EU97810095 ), I understand the said WQ is currently not appearing in the Hallowfall WQ rotation (bugged) therefore preventing anyone from completing the meta achievement who still needs the ‘Hide and Seek’ and ‘Floor is Undersea’ challenge modes
