Why do those Company watchmen and Company workers work underwater in a suit and regular clothes? What lore did I miss where humanoids got infinite underwater breathing without any potion? Working underwater in a suit is one thing, but infinite breathing for humanoids is new to me.
Blizzard, are you being lazy or is there any storyline I’m unaware of? I understand they are eager to farm Azerite, but at least give them some snorkels.
I’m speaking of the workers at 59/47.
They were blessed by the Tidesages with the ability to breathe underwater. I’m just making this up, but I hope it’s enough to put your mind at ease.
They trained free diving.
Working as intended.
Or maybe they all are warlocks
They buy waterbreathing potions from the auction house
and they come on surface to take a breather while you are not looking.
It’s called “horde devs don’t care about broken alliance npcs”
