World lag spikes in all version of WoW

I have already contacted the support using tickets, but it seems that it’s only done with bots or AI now. I got some generic answers not even close to my problem and not even checking what I write. Then the bot closes the ticket without the possibility for me to re-open…

So basically, I get massive lag spikes from time to time. Could anyone help please? Here’s my WinMTR:

I’ve been experiencing the exact same. Several days now. On retail and legion remix. Lagspikes up to 4k make it unplayable. I spoke ingame to another person with the same issue, they also had movistar as an ISP, do you? I’ll be calling them on Monday.

Went to check remix for the first time last night. It’s still plagued by all the day 1 issues even three weeks into the event.

Someone declined an invite spam in yellow.

Failing to enter LFR because boss is pulled early, and repeated attempts at joining strain the server until you disconnect or the game crashes. Trying to reconnect takes very long because of the newly imposed realm selection window.

By the time I return I’m either kicked or the raid wing has been cleared without me. Try to queue again but this time everything on the screen freezes permanently because I have flown into the general direction of Suramar.
