3 days now when i enter dungeon i have extremely high world ms like 2000ms or 3000ms as a result i cannot play this content! I contact my ISP provider everything is fine , my home ms is around 17-20ms all the time! I played with all addons disabled , i played with vpn to different countries and nothing solved the problem !! Before 3 days everything was fine but now in EVERY dungeon i got high world ms , in raid seems to be good didnt notice anything ! Is there any problem??? Anything to fix ?? Seems something goes wrong and its not my ISP

Yea same 3days now not in dungeons only every place in city out world ms going high

I exactly the same problem…the last 3 days my world latency is fine around 70ms when I m in open world but everytime that I enter a dungeon or raid my world latency goes up to 2-3k.
I tried to remove all addons and put graphics to low but it was still the same
I run a WinMRT test to 185.60.112.157 and based on that the problems seems to be:
Hop 7 (137.221.78.178): shows very high latency and 26% packet loss
Final hop (Blizzard server): shows 12% packet loss
Could anyone please help me fix it
Same here. The screen literally got freezing for like 10-15 sec, which is unplayable in any mythic dungeon. My internet provider is more than fine. Blizzard needs to fix this asap, don’t collect money from subs only.

I made a ticket to bliz and their answer was:
This sort of issues can sometimes be caused by corrupted or outdated addons and User Interface. In which case I’d recommend turning off your addons (and updating them) and doing a UI reset by using the steps in the following link: https://eu.battle.net/support/en/article/000007549

Side note on that: I already tested these “solutions” and didn’t work and I mentioned it on my ticket. I hope that we will get an answer at some point or they will do something
