World MS lagg spikes

Hi all,

Recently been getting constant huge world MS lagg spikes which leave me unable to play properly, it mainly happens during battleground, when I’m in the capital, raids etc.
Uninstalled the game, drivers etc. It still keeps coming back.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I’ve been experiencing lag today as well, on the Draenor realm. At one point the world ms went up to 1150 and then I dc’d.
