SoD is a perfect example of how a new and fresh server can become ruined by gold buyers.

There is not enough bots in this game, please carry on doing nothing against them (like you did a long time ago : less and less Game Masters)
Game will become empty of real players and we will be able to forget about all the good times we had with this game in the past.

It was nice to you to let us play again from Vanilla to LK, but now you have to stop because you are not able to do anything about Bots/Fly hacks/GDKP madness/etc.

Blizzard and WoW died a long time ago (when Cata was released actually), thanks again for the good times.

Anyway, if you really want to do something, here are some clues :

  • ban gold buyers and people who traded with them (means : no more GDKP)
  • trading gold in dungeons is forbidden if you are not from the same guild
  • bring guild stuff from BC and Cata into SoD (Bank, Reputation, something interesting for people to play together instead of this ultra fast gaming play style GDKP stuff)
    => bring back social relations in the game !

I have no idea what percentage of players buy gold with real money but it must be high given the Bot infestation on SoD.
So hey, what’s the point? WoW SoD players are the problem, not the victims, whether it’s buying gold, GDKP, the toxic mentality, the frenzy and the rush of whatever is available in the fastest way possible, ashenvall event, WSG premade for free honor/reputation, crazy prerequisites for just a raid 10 easier than UBRS in vanilla…

Blizzard isn’t putting in much effort anymore, but its community is getting worse and worse as well.

Requires active GM’s - which means paying salaries

Easy fix: be invited to the guild and then get kicked
