World of Safecraft

With wire wool and bleach :joy:

That would be Vicious… VISCOUS is the correct spelling & (in)appropriately fitting to the rest of the Quest series.

Yes Sylvanas is one of the many characters they’ve ruined. Kael’thas joined the legion in TBC because why not I guess. They kept zigzagging Tyrande’s character unable to decide if she’s reasonable or hotheaded. Illidan pretty much became the thing he swore to destroy but in Legion it’s all reverted and forgiven. Yrel is now evil I guess?

Sylvanas was a character with a purpose until WotLK. They decided not to discard her as she was popular even though they had no clear direction for her, they can figure that out later. Cue BFA and she’s the new lich king in all but name and powers. Being a Sylvanas loyalist and claiming you’re pro Horde (and not just want to watch everything burn) is crazy talk. And of course SL redeems her character because why not, it’s not like there’s anything meaningful left anyway.

I guess I’m just used to it by now. I just love Draenei too much even if their lore is a joke. Hopefully Yrel gets the Sylvanas treatment because unlike Sylvanas she deserves it as a character.

To be fair, I thought the OP has mispelled vicious (honestly) :innocent:

Haha :joy: :joy: :joy:

Some of those are actually quite clever. Shame that they’re being changed. Not because I’m a sexist pig, but more because it feels less authentic to the “good old days” of wow.

You let them cry about inconcequatial things like the remaining sane parts of the world do.

They should change the name to world of love and diversity

I agree this is going too far. I wonder if there’s a religious puritan thing going on here under the guise of progressive politics. Someone, or some group, in Blizz is taking advantage of the disruption to push their own chaste faith-based agenda. After all, the religious right is very influential in the US, much more than in most EU countries.

To be really World of Safecraft, all the violence in the game will need to stop as well.
It’ll make a pretty boring game…

It’s not, california is a cesspit of progressive hot takes. the ironic thing is they both came to the same conclusion, sex and sexuality is morally degenenerate and must be cencored.

Only question is that blizz want appeal 8 years and younger players, or rather 14+.

Better decide that quickly.

And this is where they’ll fail. Because it’s impossible to please everyone. From every single walk of life, religion, and political views. One way to destroy the game with a crap philosophy.

Yes, there is ideological puritanism on the left not just the right. Ironic that when you go to far left, it becomes hard to tell the difference between them and the hard right.

And that’s the exact common point that i like to refer to as mental illness.
And no, i’m not making light of mental illnesses, it’s just representative of that way of thinking.

You can’t milk those !

I’m really thing now about helping those developers and send complain to PEGI where I will show all gore, drugs and sex from WoW.

I believe that finding some middle ground might be for the best. Because some of the things that are removed I sure won’t miss. And I do not think speaking in favour of things being remove warrants verbal abuse.

I mean, is it truly so bad that they “clean house” a little bit?

It is when they’re going overboard.
Who decides that they’re going overboard? Well every player for themselves.
