Classic questing is unironically exactly the same as retail questing, it’s not like Old School Runescape which has a completely different navigation to questing

To be fair, you have to have a very high IQ to understand Classic class design. The combat is extremely complex, and without a solid grasp of non-Euclidian geometry most of the nuances will go over a typical player’s head. There’s also Paladin’s no button rotation, which is deftly woven into his class fantasy - his personal approach to combat draws heavily from HEMA influences, for instance. The Classic fans understand this stuff; they have the intellectual capacity to truly appreciate the depths of this design, to realize that it’s not just magnificent- it says something deep about LIFE. As a consequence people who dislike pressing zero to one button during gameplay truly ARE idiots- of course they wouldn’t appreciate, for instance, the beauty in Mage’s difficult rotation “1 1 1 1 1 1 1,” which itself is a cryptic reference to Bender from Futurama during overdose. I’m smirking right now just imagining one of those addlepated simpletons scratching their heads in confusion as Jeff Kaplan’s genius unfolds itself on their computer screens. What fools… how I pity them. And yes by the way, I DO have a Katrana Prestor tattoo. And no, you cannot see it. It’s for the ladies’ eyes only- And even they have to demonstrate that they’re within 5 APM of my own (preferably lower) beforehand.
