My account was compromised today and I recieved an email asking me to change my password which I did, twice, and even then my World of Warcraft account is locked. I opened up a ticket last time my account got hacked but never got a response, instead the ticket was cancelled, therefore I am now asking if I could get some proper help in unlocking my account and hopefully prevent future incidents like this ever happening.

You have to wait until your ticket reaches the top of the queue. Posting here will not change your queue position.
It’s called an authenticator, get one for your phone.
I added an authenticator last time my acount was compromised, still didn’t help, they just automatically locked my account
If someone from a different region of the world tries to log into your account, then your account is automatically locked, and you get a request to change your password.
Changing your oassword normally unlocks it.
This doesn’t mean its compromised, it means that the system detected a potential compromise in progress, and locked it down to prevent it.
I also did that, changed passwords twice, all the accounts are still locked.
mine is too ami I tried to pay for a sub then my account was locked still waiting 3 days total for a reply.
You did not have an Authenticator on your account until after it was compromised.
Yeah I added an authenticator after I managed to get my account back, but somehow it ended up getting locked once again, hopefully you can unlock it as soon as possible.
