No clue, I will keep a track on the zones and cities to see if its a rotation system to this, or if its in fact random spawn chance to any DF zones / Cities.

I don’t mind if this takes a while, AS LONG AS, there isn’t a situation where everyone has to rush to do it asap, (as usual) in order to have a minimum number of players to manage it.

This event just plain sucks. How are you supposed to know where the goblin spawns?
